ezmedics is a revision and study aid for medical students and professionals. Content is for educational purposes only and must not be relied upon for clinical decision-making or as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

  • No attempts to disrupt or bypass the Service's security.

4. Content and intellectual property

Content on the Service (including questions, articles, videos, flashcards and the design of the platform) is protected by intellectual-property rights and is owned by ezmedics or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access the content for personal study only.

5. User-generated content

If you submit content (including as an editor or admin), you grant ezmedics a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and process that content to operate the Service. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence.

6. AI-generated study material

Some questions and flashcards are produced with the assistance of AI models. While we take care to align them with the curriculum, AI output may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for verifying material before relying on it.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features, if any, are described on the pricing page. Refunds, cancellations and billing cycles are governed by the terms shown at checkout.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ezmedics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
